IT Division - Providing Professional IT Services
Missile Defense Agency - Field Activity Support Services (FASS): As a subcontractor to Cherokee Nation Red Wing (CNRW), FTI provides logistics/facilities support staff at the Missile Defense Agency MDA Headquarters. The FTI staff is trained, licensed, and certified on vehicles, machinery, and power equipment. Our team is responsible for the daily labor and clerical duties involved in warehouse shipping and receiving activities. FTI's responsibilities include dock scheduling, managing applicable databases, and providing reports.
FTI provides facilities support services including equipment repairs, painting/flooring, carpet repairs, locksmith repairs, fire extinguisher inspections, office furniture repairs, pest control services, alarm testing, inspecting elevators, changing light bulbs, etc. We complete preventive maintenance, including periodic reviews, of facilities audits, and building inspections.
Our staff communicates reporting with MDA leadership on issues concerning the repair and maintenance of building facilities operations. When collaborating with the field activity host installation Public Works Department our team documents maintenance tasking and facilities issues in the applicable database. The manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedules complied with the information documented in the appropriate database. FTI remains vigilant in maintaining detailed records aids in potential warranty claims.
Our staffing includes skilled team members with multiple years of experience in building facility repairs. FTI provides government-approved emergency support to repair critical systems with the least amount of disruption to the agency. We respond quickly to ensure continuity in business operations.
Missile Defense Agency, Executive Motor Pool Transportation Services: As a subcontractor to Venturi, LLC /Chenega Corporation, FTI provides executive motor pool support staff to the Missile Defense Agency MDA.
We have an experienced professional staff of drivers with knowledge of senior-level government and military customer transportation requirements. Our team has a primary daily focus, which is safety.
Our vehicle operations include dispatching, surveying road conditions, and the efficient maintenance of the vehicles. Our team processes extensive knowledge of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, with emphasis on federal installations. Communication and maintaining a strong professional contractor working relationship with Government customers is vital in our operations.
Our staff is familiar with the roads and conditions that impact transportation services in the National Capital Region and Dahlgren, VA. We travel the most direct routes to support on-time performance and ensure fuel-efficient transportation. We follow vehicle service schedules and maintain vehicle cleanliness standards.
Our dispatchers perform records maintenance, track metrics, and prepare vehicle utilization reports. Clearly defined standards and methods of inspection are in our QC Plan, coupled with periodic checks and proactive management.
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk's Household Goods (HHG) Customer Contact Center: Moving is a way of life in the military. FTI assists military families by supporting a stress-free relocation experience. We provide administrative support services for the NAVSUP FLC Norfolk's Household Goods (HHG) Customer Contact Center mission. Our staff supports customers of the Navy's HHG Customer Contact Center both by telephone and email. We record these communications in the Remedy database, supporting an average call volume of over 3,000 requests per month.
We have wide-ranging knowledge of the Joint Travel Federal Regulations / Joint Travel Regulations (JFTR/JTR). We communicate daily with the military community and their dependents to support their shipment needs and services.
