JR. FINANCIAL ANALYST
Site: Indian Head, Maryland
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience in a financial related field (i.e. finance accounting, economics, etc.).
REQUIRED ELEMENTS
Must possess the ability to reconcile and analyze financial transactions and provide recommendations for resolution. Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access), Adobe Professional and Internet. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is mandatory.
DESIRED ELEMENTS
Prior experience with financial applications such as DIFMS, ILSMIS, AUTOCAD, SOS, ONR, EDA, OLRV, CERPS, DAASC & DFAS Systems is desired.
DUTIES
Overall participation in life cycle funds administration to include establishment, review, and closure of funding documents
Generates outgoing fund documents for signature by a Government analyst
- Reviews requisitions to ensure all information is present that is necessary to create an outgoing document in accordance with Financial Management Regulation
- Generates Adobe PDF files for the funding document and routes to Government analyst for signature
- Forwards signed outgoing documents to performing activities and ensures acceptances are received within 10 days after issuance. Acceptances are obtained directly from performing activities and through EDA
- Posts acceptances and backup documentation related to outgoing fund documents to a shared digital storage area (TRIM Portal)
Reconciles billing transactions against incoming funding between local financial systems of record (DIFMS) and treasury disbursement financial system (CERPS)
- Receives sponsor requests for status of funds and requests for billing histories
- Performs reconciliation between the financial system of record (DIFMS) and the treasury disbursement financial system (CERPS)
- Identifies discrepancies in billing and works with DFAS to resolve
Backup for operating the incoming fund document desk which includes pulling documents from online systems, establishment of documents in the system (SOS), forwarding of acceptances to document sponsors, loading of acceptance copies in a shared digital storage area (TRIM Portal), and filing of incoming fund document folders.

AEGIS General Combat System Engineer
Duties Include:
System boot and load start up procedures, system shutdown procedures, equipment operation, detailed computer program operation, Data Recording and Data Analysis, interface with and support of the user community, reporting all problems (equipment and computer program) to appropriate systems managers and assisting in problem resolution, provide support for In Process Reviews (IPRs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and status meetings, and develop and maintain a training plan, develop/present requirements briefs, develop/present operations briefs, develop complex simulation computer test scenarios, modify existing computer test scenarios, complex on-line simulation test support, execution of canned test scenarios, develop Software Change Request (SCRs), develop Test Observation Reports (TORs), attend Configuration Control Boards and keep users informed (via email) of all system capability and configuration changes.
Required Experience:
General Combat System experience. Recent AEGIS experience. Specific experience in the following areas relating to Aegis Combat System simulation/stimulation systems: systems operations, scenario development, data reduction and analysis, test requirements definition, test plan/procedure development and maintenance, computer program documentation review and maintenance, development and maintenance of configuration management/quality assurance procedures.
Desired Experience:
The Simulations/Operations Engineer/Analyst should have two years general combat system experience and one year of recent AEGIS experience. . They should have experience in working with a large user community and the ability to communicate effectively. Also should have demonstrated mastery of Aegis tactical/simulation systems.

Tomahawk System Test Engineer
Clearance Required: Secret

Unique Requirements:
Guidance Test Set (GTS) operations experience requirements.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of GTS operations experience to include experience in testing , operation, troubleshooting, conducting data collections, data analysis, and equipment set up and tear down during TTWCS test events and activities. Demonstrated ability to analyze investigate and identifies problems with interface between the GTSs and the WCS.
TTWCS SSGN suite test and operation experience requirements
Requires a minimum of 3 years of TTWCS SSGN platform configurations testing and operations experience to include experience configuring, testing, operating, troubleshooting and conducting data collection and analysis on the TTWCS SSGN system and demonstrated understanding of and experience with operating the SSGN
Launch Control System (LCS) during TTWCS test events and activities. This LCS experience should include: the ability to initialize, setup/configure missile inventories, reset missile inventories and shutdown the LCS. In addition demonstrate the ability to analyze investigates and identify problems with the SSGN configuration and operations.
TTWCS UK Platform, SIPRnet access.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of TTWCS UK platform configurations testing and operations experience to include experience configuring, testing and operating, troubleshooting and conducting data collection and analysis on TTWCS UK Platform.
General and Specialized Experience.
Experience in System testing, software engineering, or system engineering with real-time weapons during software/system development or evaluation activities or operations experience is essential.
Specialized Experience:
System or software test experience is required for a real-time software intensive system (i.e. The Tomahawk Weapons Control System)
Senior Test Engineer
Requires minimum of 7 to 15 years of Total Experience to include: General Experience and Specialized Experience.
Test Engineer

Inventory Management Specialist

Specialist will dispense manage inventory and maintain a warehouse management system. They will also be responsible for validating inventory against shipment and receiving actions, conducting cycle counts and performing periodic inventories of on-hand equipment and supplies.
Requirements
· Five years of Army Supply Experience, Civilian or Military.
· Microsoft Office experience at the advanced user level.
· Must be detail oriented.

Future Technologies, Inc. is looking for a imagery analyst exploits imagery and geo-spatial data from satellite and airborne systems in support of military operations. Plans and recommends the use of imaging sensors for reconnaissance and surveillance mission. Produce intelligence by studying and exploiting imagery to include visible, infrared and radar, both fixed and Moving Target Indicator (MTI) and geo spatial data. Identify conventional and unconventional military installations, facilities, weapon systems, Orders of Battle (OB), military equipment and defenses. Identify lines of communications (LOC) and industrial facilities. Determine precise location and dimensions of objects. Conduct physical Battle Damage Assessment (BDA). Prepares imagery analysis reports and fused geo spatial products. Provide guidance to subordinate analysts. Identify avenues of approach. Conduct functional BDA analysis. Determine National Imagery Interpretation Rating Scale (NIIRS) of imagery. Prepares detailed free text narrative and topical imagery intelligence products and reports.
